I request the following under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002:
1. School policies on verifying medical conditions claimed by parents and how these claims impact school decisions.
2. Procedures for granting external agencies (e.g., Women’s Aid) access to children on school grounds, including parental notification and consent requirements.
3. How the school assesses and verifies allegations made against parents, including the process of reporting such allegations to external authorities.
4. School policies on information-sharing with third parties in relation to safeguarding, medical conditions, and external interventions.
