Please provide the following information in CSV (or excel spreadsheet file format if possible):

1.  Annual expense by financial year from 2018-19 to present directly on National Insurance contributions for your council’s employees

2.  If held, budgeted expense by financial year from 2024-25 to 2026-27 on National Insurance contributions for your council’s employees

3.  If held, expense by financial year from 2018-19 to 2024-25 and budgeted expense from 2024-25 to 2026-27 incurred due to costs of employers’ National Insurance contributions for any personnel other than your council’s own employees (e.g. the cost of employer’s NICs expense for third party contracted service provider)

4.  Your current estimated increase in annual cost to your budget in both proportional and absolute terms from the employers’ National Insurance Contributions increase announced last year by the UK Government
