FOI Request - Maximum Class Sizes and KIT Days

1.  With reference to Appendix 2.9 (Class Size Maxima) and Annex A (Excepted Pupils) to that appendix contained within the SNCT Handbook we request the following information in whatever format you hold the data:

the extent to which the application of the provisions in Annex A is resulting in the class sizes set out in Appendix 2.9 being exceeded.

2.  With reference to SNCT Handbook, Part 2: Section 7 – Family Leave, paragraph 7.1.3, which allows an employee to have up to ten days of work with normal pay, we request the following information in whatever format you hold the data:

the funding arrangements to schools for KIT days, i.e. which budget the funding comes from, and the extent to which it is reported by schools or employees that this has impacted on the number of KIT days that can be accommodated.
