1. All Schools Procuring Outdoor Learning Activities-
A list of all schools under the Council’s authority that have paid for outdoor learning activities in the last three financial years (2021/22, 2022/23, 23/24 )as much as possible from last financial year). Please also include any other  commissioners apart from School (social work etc)

2. Expenditure by School - The total amount paid by each school for such activities, broken down by financial year. Please include spend by any non school areas also broken down by year

3. Supplier Breakdown A detailed breakdown of payments per supplier, including: - Supplier name - Services provided - Amount paid per financial year - Duration of contract(s)

4. Procurement Process For each supplier identified in point 3:

a) The tendering process used (e.g., individual competitive tender, framework agreement, direct award).

b) If a direct award was made, confirmation of compliance with procurement regulations.

c) The evaluation criteria and process used to select suppliers.

5. In-House/arms length organisation - Provision Consideration -Copies of any reports, meeting minutes, or correspondence where the use of in-house /aleo provision for outdoor learning (as opposed to external suppliers) was discussed or considered within the last five years.

6. Councillor Engagement with Providers- Details of any approaches made to Councillors or directors by external outdoor learning providers requesting or discussing free access or ownership or rental to publicly /council owned buildings or resources for outdoor learning since 1 January 2020, including: - Provider name - Date and nature of approach - Outcome (e.g., accepted/declined)

7. Council-Facilitated Access to Assets -Confirmation of whether the Council currently provides, or plans to provide, free access to land/buildings to private companies offering outdoor learning. If so, please include: - Company name(s) - Terms of access - Rationale for arrangement
