FOI Request - Local Authority IT Systems

I would like to request details of the major IT systems used by your organisation for a number of service areas.
Specifically, I request the following information:
1. The name of the primary IT system/software used for each service area.
2. The name of the supplier/vendor providing the system.
3. The contract start date and end date.
4. The total contract value (or annual cost if available).
5. The number of users/licenses for each system (if applicable).

The information requested can be found in our contracts register which is published on the Moray Council website. This information is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.
