FOI Request - Property and EPC Information

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 regarding council-owned properties. Please provide the following details for all properties owned by the Council in a table:

1.  A list of all residential and non-residential properties owned by the council.

2.  The current Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) banding for each property.

3.  The annual cost to heat each property, or where unavailable, any available estimates or typical costs.

4.  The primary heating fuel type used in each property (e.g., gas, electricity, oil, district heating, etc.).
