FOI Request - New and Improved Relief Data

In terms of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I would be grateful if you could please provide me with a complete and up-to-date list of all business (non-residential) property rates data for your local authority, including the following fields (where possible):
- Ratepayer
- Property Address
- Post Code
- Assessor Reference Number
- Rateable Value
- Ratepayer Liability Start Date
- New and Improved Relief
- Relief Amount

I appreciate that properties where the ratepayer is an individual would be excluded from my request. In such cases, please provide the remaining information with the Ratepayer either blank or listed as 'individual'.
