FOI Request - Court Order Tobacco and Alcohol

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information regarding the number of applications to court for an order banning sale of tobacco, nicotine vaping products and alcohol products by a retail premises in the past two financial years. Please provide me with:

1. The number of times the Local Authority applied for a court order to ban a trader from selling a product in each of the financial years 2023/24 and 2024/25. Broken down into each of the following product categories:
i. Tobacco products
ii. Nicotine Vaping Products (NVPs)
iii. Alcohol products.

2. The number of successful applications for a court order to ban a trader from selling a product in each of the financial years 2023/24 and 2024/25. Broken down into each of the following product categories:
i. Tobacco products
ii. Nicotine Vaping Products (NVPs)
iii. Alcohol products.
