1.  How many incidents of racism was reported in schools from 2020-2025 by children? (please list by year if possible)

2.  How many CCTV cameras are there in council schools? And does this defer per school?

3.  How much money was spent on using taxis to get children to and from school? (if possible list by year)

2025 – 16 (as at Feb 2025)

2. Not held. The council does not presently have a register on CCTV cameras. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

3. Moray Council does not differentiate school contract awards between bus, minibus, MPV, plated taxi, etc (it is classed as school transport).  In addition, young people travelling to school in smaller vehicles may include both SEND and non SEND pupils in same vehicle, and can vary day by day.

The following includes both full home to school transport spend and ASN home to school transport spend across all vehicle types procured.
