I would like to know:
1. The date smarter working started
2. The departments in social work services are working in this policy
3. What workers are not allowed to use the smarter working conditions and the reason why
4. What offices outside HQ can use smarter working
5. What managers agreed to use the smarter working policy
6. If the Smarter working policy will be implemented in the employers contract

1. This project started from September 2022 with a Smarter Working Project
2. The whole council is working toward the aims of the project
3. All Services will determine how the hybrid/smarter works within their teams
4. All offices within the council are within the policy.
5. As above, it is service lead
6. All staff will have a base which will be one of the council buildings throughout moray
Note: Smarter Working is a project to maximise the utilisation of the Council's buildings and provide the accommodation to permit Services to be delivered as effectively and efficiently as possible. The Flexible Working policy is a policy that recognises the importance of supporting employees to balance their work and home life by offering flexible working and in particular sets out the Council’s approach to hybrid working.
