FOI Request - Number of Schools Mothballed

We would like to request detailed breakdown of all schools within your local authority that have been mothballed within the last 15 years.  

1.  Please name all schools mothballed and give the date of mothballing.  

2.  For each school that has been mothballed please indicate whether the school is currently mothballed or if it has been permanently closed the date of permanent closure or if it has been reopened the date of reopening.
