In regards to a timescale for the below  points of inquiry, I am interested in within the last five years.

1.  The total amount of money secured through Section 75 planning gain agreements that has been allocated for affordable housing?

2.  How many affordable housing units have been constructed as a direct result of the funds or obligations secured through Section 75 planning gain agreements

3.  How many of the affordable housing units have been delivered in the following ways:

Houses sold at reduced cost; Houses sold as part equity; Houses delivered to Housing Associations; Houses delivered to Local Authority housing; Houses delivered under other schemes.

Please note: Moray’s Affordable Housing Policy seeks built units of affordable housing delivered on site, rather than a commuted sum. 2. The affordable sums are set against the Council’s prudential borrowing for its own new build programme, rather than used to fund any particular property(ies). This is set out in the Councils SHIP available here: Strategic Housing Investment Plan (SHIP) - Moray Council.

3. The only affordable housing tenure delivered in the period is affordable rent via a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) or Moray Council itself.  Completions are illustrated in the table below.
