1)  What policies, if any, does the council have in place for the sourcing and procuring of food produced in the United Kingdom for official functions and catering outlets?

2)  What proportion of food procured by the council in the financial year of 2023-24 was produced in the United Kingdom for: (a) official functions including, but not limited to, civic events and council meetings, and (b) catering outlets owned and/or managed by the council including, but not limited to, cafés?
