FOI Request - Flood Risk Assessment for RAF Lossiemouth Base

Arcadis have been commissioned by the Ministry of Defence to carry out a Flood Risk Assessment for the RAF Lossiemouth base (National Grid Reference: NJ 21456 69904). I have attached a plan showing the area of interest.

The Station has raised concerns around surface water flooding within the site, which we want to investigate. From what we have found online, the site appears solely at risk of surface water flooding. According to Findhorn, Nairn and Speyside Local Plan District (LPD 5), the site sits within PVA 02/05/01 Burghead to Lossiemouth and PVA 02/05/02 Spynie.
Would you be able to kindly provide answers to the following questions:

•  Are you aware of any other historic flooding in this area?
•  Are there any ongoing or planned flood risk mitigation schemes in the area that might reduce the risk of flooding to the site?
•  Do you have any relevant data or updates to the actions from the LPD 5, such as ‘Sewer flood risk assessment (Ref: 39101)’, or ‘Flood scheme or works design (Ref: 999101)’?
