Please find below the following request for information to be considered under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 concerning the provision of care.

1.
a) How many adults were assessed in Moray as requiring free personal care in a care home, between 1st April 2024 and 31st January 2025.

b) How many adults were assessed in Moray as requiring free nursing care in a care home, between 1st April 2024 and 31st January 2025.

c) How many adults were assessed in Moray as requiring free personal and nursing care in a care home between 1st April 2024 and 31st January 2025.

2.
a) Of those adults who were assessed as needing free personal care in a care home, how many did not receive this support during this period between 1st April 2024 and 31st January 2025.

b) Of those adults who were assessed as needing free nursing care in a care home, how many did not receive this support during this period between 1st April 2024 and 31st January 2025.

c) Of those adults who were assessed as needing free personal and nursing care in a care home how many did not receive this support during this period between 1st April 2024 and 31st January 2025.
