Please provide a breakdown of income and expenditure relating to Forres House Community Centre.

This is to help me understand the current consultation relating to the proposal and respond meaningfully. This should be as detailed as possible, including


1.  costs and income for the library facility and café (i.e., any income and expenditure relating to any lease), and

2.  how customers using Fit Life cards are accounted for in the income.

It would be helpful if you could supply this quickly rather than waiting until Freedom of Information deadlines approach, so that the consultation and decision making can be better informed.

Please also provide any information you think would be helpful but is not included in the consultant's report. Thanks.

3.  Please also provide, under Environmental Information, CO2 emissions from Forres House Community Centre.

1. The 2024/25 budget for Forres House is as follows:

Total                                       222,499.00

The property costs are for the whole building and include NDR and energy costs for the library. There is no lease to the library.

We do not have any information pertaining to the income/expenditure of the café operations.
The café lease start date was 20 June 2022 for a period of 10 Years.
The annual rental including a service charge payment is £12,600 per annum.

2. The income for Fit-Life memberships is allocated on a monthly basis to each facility code using the months usage figures, ie. the busier facilities get a larger proportion of the income.

3. The CO2 emissions were calculated at 97,790KgCO2e
