Please provide information on the following from 1st January 2024 - 1st January 2025:
1. The total number of neighbour-related complaints received per month for each local area of the UK.
2. A breakdown of complaints by category (noise, antisocial behaviour, property disputes, pets, waste disposal, etc.).
3. The number of complaints that resulted in formal action, mediation, or enforcement measures.

In the time period, Moray Council Community Safety Section has received 1077 neighbour-related complaints.
To answer this FOI request, we would need to look through each case individually. This task would take in excess of 40 hours. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, excessive cost, we are therefore unable to comply with your request.
