Moray Council has £18,265,356 of outstanding Council Tax. This covers the period from 01/04/1993 to 31/03/2024 (31 financial years). The current financial year (01/04/2024 to 31/03/2025) is not included in this figure as there are still current year instalments outstanding, which are being collected by Direct Debit.
