1.  Please let me know if your council has taken out insurance to protect it in the event of a cyber attack or from failure of your IT Systems for any other reason.

2.  I should also be grateful if you would let me know the cost of the insurance policies referred to above.

3.  Finally, please also let me have a copy of your risk register and if that document is not rreadily available , please let me have a copy of the extract from your risk register relating to cyber attack or IT failure,
