1.  Please provide details of the number of annual appeal hearings heard by Moray Council/HSCM in relation to financial charging for services to disabled people for the years 2020 to 2024 inclusive.

2.  Please also provide a breakdown of the outcome (number of appeals upheld or refused) for each year.

1. The number of appeal hearings heard by Moray Council/HSCM in relation to financial charging for services to disabled people has been between 1 and 5 in each of the years 2020-2024. Low numbers may lead to the identification of individuals, therefore this information is exempt under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Personal Information.

2. The number of upheld/refused appeals for each of those years is also between 1 and 5, therefore this information is also exempt under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Personal Information.
