2/ how many ex-council domestic properties have been found to contain RAAC following inspection.

4/ how many council domestic properties remain to be inspected for RAAC

5/ how many ex-council domestic properties remain to be inspected for RAAC

6/ Can you supply the local authority's present advice to ex-council homeowners whose properties were built with RAAC included?

1/  None

2/  Moray Council has not inspected any ex-council residential properties.

3/  Following the review of Moray Council's housing stock which did not identify any properties containing RAAC it would be reasonable to assume that no ex-council residential properties are suspected of containing RAAC.

4/  Following the Council's review of housing stock construction and some inspection it is not considered necessary to undertaken any further inspection.

5/  Moray Council has no plans to inspect any ex-council domestic properties.

6/  Moray Council does not have any advice.
