1.  How many days on average are children left without an Educational Provision.

2.  How many students do you have under a S19 currently.

3.  How many of those cannot attend school or college or academy at all.

4.  How many are still on roll with an Education provider whilst having an AP.

5.  How many AP's that you are currently using whilst the student is on roll elsewhere, are DfE/OFSTED accredited.

6.  How many are provided a face to face AP only.

7.  How many are having a mixed AP part face to face and part online provision.

8.  What online systems are you using.

9.  How many are being provided only on online education as an AP.

10.  What online system are you using.
