3. This information is not available. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
However, the Moray Housing Land Audit 2023/2024 sets out the number of consents for small sites and those out with the main settlement (Rest of Moray); it is not possible to identify which of these are self-build or custom build housing.

4. There are no policies that seek a percentage of self-build or custom housebuilding. However, there are smaller sites identified in the Local Development which are suited to this type of development. A programmed supply for small housing sites is provided in the annual Housing Land Audit based on the historic completions and agreed rural communities contribution with Homes for Scotland. This is currently 60 units.
