FOI Request - Housing and Infrastructure Projects

This is an information request relating to council housing projects and infrastructure projects of national significance.

Please include the following information for the financial years 2022/23 and 2023/24:

1.  The total number of planning applications submitted for all housing projects under the program

2.  The current status of these applications categorised as approved, pending, or rejected. Include the housing type for example, social rent, shared ownership, or first-time buyer schemes etc

3.  The total number of infrastructure or housing projects that have been called in as infrastructure projects of national significance by the government for the following time periods

July 5th 2022 - July 4th 2023,
July 5th 2023 - July 4th 2024 and
July 5th 2024 - present day

1. There have been a limited number, and most notably the largest council housing application we’ve received in recent years is for Council housing at Bilbohall in Elgin.
