Please provide the latest inclusive language guide document for staff and other documents used for internal diversity training.

LANGUAGE GUIDE - Moray Council do not currently have a corporate Language Guide but is currently part of a Scottish Government working group to develop an Equalities Toolkit for Local Authorities throughout Scotland.  The toolkit will focus on similar resources and training.

INTERNAL DIVERSITY TRAINING -
Moray Council currently provides a mandatory online training module 'An Introduction to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion' for all staff.  It is accessible through Moray Council’s internal CLIVE training portal.
Moray Council has also to date provided internal training on Equalities and Integrated Impact Assessments, Hate Crime and Third Party Reporting.

In addition, Services throughout Moray Council organise their own, service specific Equalities, Diversion and Inclusion training that is more tailored to their staff requirements and service they provide and hold their own training records.  Examples of this are:

Equality and Human Rights in Housing and Homelessness by Shelter Scotland Sexuality, gender identity and homelessness in Scotland - Centre for Homelessness Impact Human Rights Bill -  Homeless Network Scotland

Education:
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Guidance and Self-Evaluation document is available for Education staff.
