FOI Request - Long Term Vacant Houses

1.  The number of houses to date that are long-term vacant i.e. have been empty for over six months.

2.  The a) number of these properties, and b) the percentage of overall long-term vacant homes that have been vacant for over i) 2 years ii) 5 years and iii) 10 years.

3.  The number of long-term vacant houses that were brought into use (by that I mean are now occupied) in the financial year a) 2024-2025, b) 2023-2024, c)  2022-2023, d)  2021-2022, and e) 2020-2021.

1. As at 03/02/2025, there are 21 Moray Council properties/houses that are currently long-term vacant which have been vacant for over 6 months.

2. The below percentage figures are the percentage of overall stock figures as at 03/02/2025.
