1. We do not have a specified officer.
2. We have a number of software providers in different service areas, but not specifically for digital transformation.
3. Civica. Moray Council has been with them since 1998 and their contract expires in 2029

5. Yes, Moray Council uses a web portal for customer to access Council Tax bills.
The Portal is part of the suite of software provided to Taxation (Council Tax) and is not priced separately.
There are no transactional costs for using the Portal.
Moray Council sends out approximately 77,000 Council Tax bills per year, this includes the figure for annual bills.
