FOI Request - Skin Piercing and Tattooing Licences

I would be obliged if you could provide details of premises which hold a Skin Piercing and Tattooing licence within The Moray Council area.

For each, I would like:

-          Name of licence holder
-          Name of premises
-          Address of Premises
