Could I please request an updated list of properties in your council area which have charges showing on council tax bills for water and wastewater please.

Information requested:

-       Property address.
-       UPRN for each property if possible

As Moray Council are not the data-controllers of this information, we are unable to provide this information. We charge on behalf of Scottish Water based on their data, so the enquirer would need to check with them. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
