I am interested in information about the number of vacant retail units on Elgin High Street, in years 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. I believe that this information should be held. Can you please provide the information in a machine-readable .csv or .xlsx file, and not as a .doc or .pdf file.

Could you please provide, for each year in the time period:

1. The yearly-average number of retail units on Elgin High Street for each year in the time period.

2. The yearly-average number of vacant retail units on Elgin High Street for each year in the time period.

3. The yearly-average number of occupied retail units on Elgin High Streets for each year in the time period.
