1. Please note, information re EPC rating of rented accommodation is only held for Moray Council rented social housing stock and does not include other Registered Social Landlord/private sector tenancies. 

Also, accurate information on the occupants of its houses on a day-to-day basis is not held, therefore information has been presented at a household /property level. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
