(1) Any correspondence received by council email addresses from the Safer Communities Directorate of the Scottish Government email address directorofsafercommunities @gov.scot that includes the words "Palestine" or "Gaza" between 7 October 2023 and 7 October 2024.

(2) Any correspondence received by council email addresses from Education Scotland email addresses ending in @educationscotland.gov.scot that includes the words "Palestine" or "Gaza" between 7 October 2023 and 7 October 2024.

(3) Any correspondence received by council email addresses from Home Office email addresses ending in @homeoffice.gov.uk that includes the words "Palestine" or "Gaza" between 7 October 2023 and 7 October 2024.

(4) Any correspondence received by council email addresses from Police Scotland email addresses ending in @scotland.police.uk that includes the words "Palestine" or "Gaza" between 7 October 2023 and 7 October 2024.

(5) Additionally, any official guidance issued to the council by any of these departments and organisations regarding counter-terror strategy and the risk of radicalisation between 7 October 2023 and 7 October 2024.
