3.  How many laybys within Moray are disability friendly?

4.  How many laybys in Moray have dedicated blue badge parking?

5.  How many laybys in Moray are wheelchair friendly?

6.  How many laybys in Moray are safe for disabled persons with walking aids?

7.  How many laybys in Moray have adequate lighting for disabled drivers?

8.  How many motor home spaces if any within Moray are dedicated to blue badge holders?

After answering all the above (FOI) are Moray Council disability friendly, or would you think they are discriminating due to disability?

Have the council done as far as is reasonably practicable to keep disabled people safe within car parks and laybys in Moray?
