2.  How many assessments have been carried out to identify land/water contamination from historic mining sites in each of the past ten years.

3.  How many cases of land/water contaminated from historic mining sites were identified in each of the past ten years and which contaminants were found in each case.

4.  Please provide a breakdown of action taken in each identified contamination case.
