Response 21-01-2025

1.We use council tenancies dispersed in the community and hostels owned by a local housing association as homeless temporary accommodation - these come with a weekly charge.

2. This information is commercially sensitive. Disclosure of the requested information could substantially prejudice commercial interests and so it is exempt under section 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, commercial interests.

3. As of 24/12/24 we have 124 units of temporary accommodation being used.

4. None - we have not used B&B since 4/11/24.

6. We have a contract with our Housing Department and with a RSL partner.
