For each of the points listed below please provide breakdown by year – 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. For 2024, please provide figures to date.

1) The number of complaints the council has received relating to conditions of properties in (A) the Private Rented Sector (B) for Social Housing. If you don’t differentiate then please provide the total number of complaints.

2) The number of notices of disrepair issued to landlords by the council.

3) The number of prosecutions brought by the Council in relation to conditions in private rented properties.

4) The number of fines issued to landlords for failure to carry out remedial work / repairs on their properties.

5) The overall number of individual landlords point 2, 3 and 4 were issued to.

6) The number of members of staff that carry out enforcement work.
