1.  The number of social workers employed by your local authority who have been on long-term sick leave since 2020, broken down by:
o  Year (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 to date)
o  Duration of sick leave (e.g., 1-3 months, 3-6 months, 6+ months)

2.  If possible, please provide a breakdown of the reasons for long-term sick leave (e.g., physical illness, mental health issues, etc.), without disclosing personal details.

1. & 2. The number of social workers employed by the Moray Council who have been on long-term sick leave since 2020 is between 1 and 5. Low numbers like this may lead to the identification of individuals. This information is therefore exempt under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Personal Information.
