FOI Request - Condition of School Estate

I understand that the Scottish Government provides guidance to local authorities on the reporting of the condition of school estates

Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I would like to request the following information:

1.  A copy of any guidance or instructions used by your local authority to assess and report the condition of school estates for the year (a) 2014 and (b) 2024, including any updates or changes made in the last ten years.

2. If you do not have an updated guidance for the year 2024, please can you provide the most up to date guidance and how this differs from the guidance that would have been used in 2014.

The most recent official guidance from Scottish Government which we would use as Guidelines is from 2017. This information is published and available on the Scottish Government website and therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.
