I'm looking to submit a freedom of information request to understand the demand on your waiting list for a particular town in the area.

1. Would it be possible to receive a summary of your waiting lists for applicants who are looking to move to Dufftown?

2. If it would also be possible to find out the number of homeless cases which have presented over the last 18 months with Dufftown as their area of choice.

1. 115 – note, this includes 24 applicants currently living in Dufftown

2. The number of homeless cases which have presented over the last 18 months with Dufftown as their area of choice as per your question is less than 5. Due to the low numbers involved, release of this information could result in the identification of individuals. This information is therefore exempt under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Personal Information.
