FOI Request - Fleet List Including Regisrations

A comprehensive list of all vehicles owned, leased, or otherwise operated by the authority as of 1st December 2024 (or the closest available date to this). For each vehicle, could you please provide:
a. Vehicle registration number
b. Vehicle type (e.g. car, van, refuse collection vehicle, road sweeper, etc.), if available.
c. Fuel type (e.g. diesel, petrol, battery-electric, plug-in hybrid, hydrogen fuel cell), if available.

If the list is not from 1st December 2024, please specify the exact date the information relates to.

To be clear:
- If vehicle type or fuel type are not readily available, I would still welcome a list of just the vehicle registration numbers.
- If gathering this information for the exact date of 1st December 2024 would be difficult, please provide the information for the nearest convenient date, making sure to specify what date the information relates to.

Please note, complete vehicle details including number plates can be utilised in the cloning of vehicles, therefore the registration numbers have not been provided and are exempt under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act, Section 35: Law enforcement, including the prevention or detection of crime (section 35(1)(a)).
