I would be grateful if you could please provide me with a complete and up-to-date list of all properties that have received Retail, Hospitality, Leisure and Aviation (RHLA) relief for both the 2020/21 and 2021/22 financial years,  including the following fields (where possible):

- Ratepayer
- Property Address
- Post Code
- Assessor Reference Number
- Rateable Value
- Relief Amount
