I am looking to develop an effective practice guidance document to support schools in setting up, running and maintaining breakfast clubs.  

I am looking to see if other local authorities have developed any policy, procedure, practice notes or guidance on breakfast clubs that they would be willing to share? Any information that you are able to provide on how breakfast clubs are delivered within your authority would be much appreciated.

Moray Council does not have a breakfast club policy.
