1. As at 02 December, Moray Council owns 6383 residential properties.

2. 156 of Moray Council owned domestic properties are currently fitted with solar panels or other solar technology.

3. There are 1029 properties with Air Source Heat Pumps.

4. There are 2435 properties that Moray Council owns score an EPC rating of D and lower (E,F,G).
