As an concerned local citizen, I am requesting the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:
We kindly request information for the following type contracts you currently commission for the following services within the Moray Council:
• Domiciliary Care
• Extra Care
• Learning Disabilities
• Mental Health
• Supported Living Services
• Elderly services
• Reablement
• Respite Care
• Family Intervention
• End of Life Care
For each of the contracts which fall within these contract types, please could you provide the following details:
a) Name of the service provider.
b) The estimated expiry date or month of the current contract/framework.
c) The total expenditure for the 2023/24 financial year through each contract/framework.
We understand that under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, we should receive a response to our request within 20 working days. If any part of this request is unclear, please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification.
