I am requesting the following information under freedom of information legislation:

1. How many individual tree preservation orders are in place within your organisation's area.
2. a)  How many trees are covered in total and 

b) how many square meters are covered by tree preservation orders in your organisation's area.

1. This information is published and available on the Moray Council website and therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible. 34 orders are in place which includes 2 non-confirmed.

2. a) Not held. Moray TPOs vary from areas covered by TPOs to TPOs covering individual trees therefore we do not have a count of the trees covered. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.  

b) Total area covered is 1118824.39 square meters which is broken down below by TPO.
