FOI Request - Pothole Compensation Payouts
Request 101003676592
Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I wish to request the following information:
1. In the last five financial years, how many pothole-related compensation claims have been made to Moray Council?
2. What is the highest amount that has been paid out in each of the last five financial years to a motorist?
3. What has been the average compensation payout in each of the last five financial years?
4. How many claims have been rejected in the last five years? Can this be given in both numbers and a percentage of the claims rejected?
