May I please have the following information under FOISA 2002.
1. How much money has been paid out by the council in connection with compensation claims (whether or not liability was accepted) relating to potholes involving cyclists, for each of the last six years, broken down by year including 2024 to date.
2. How much money overall has been paid out in connection with compensation claims (whether or not liability was accepted) relating to potholes involving motorists, for each of the last six years, broken down by year including 2024 to date.
3. How many individual cyclists have received compensation as a result of claims relating to potholes for each of the last six years, broken down by year including 2024 to date.
4. How many individual motorists have received compensation as a result of claims relating to potholes for each of the last six years, broken down by year including 2024 to date.
5. What is the council's total expenditure on legal costs defending and settling claims, including both their own and the Claimants’ legal costs, for pothole related claims for each of the last six years, broken down by year including 2024 to date.
