FOI Request - LA Properties with Damp and Mould

Please can you send me the following information over the past five year period:

1.  How many Local Authority properties within Moray Council were reported to have issues with damp and mould – 2019 / 2020 / 2021 / 2022 / 2023

2.  How long did it take to survey the properties –  for each year 2019 / 2020 / 2021 / 2022 / 2023

0-7 days / 8 days – 2 weeks / 15 days – 28days / longer than a month

3. How many tenants in the Moray Council reported recurring problems, after treatment/improvement work – 2019 / 2020 / 2021 / 2022 / 2023

In order to get the information requested we would need to check each property record individually. At over 1,000 (200 per year) property records and an estimated 5 minutes per record this would take at least 83 hours. This task would cost the Council in excess of £600 of staff time. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (excessive cost), we are therefore unable to comply with your request.
