3. How many children have been permanently placed with an adoptive family or long-term care with another relative in the Moray Council area – 2019 / 2020 / 2021 / 2022 / 2023
4. How many children have been permanently placed with an adoptive family or long-term care with another relative OUTSIDE OF the Moray Council area – 2019 / 2020 / 2021 / 2022 / 2023
