This information is not routinely collected, nonetheless we can advise that the school census data for 2022/23 and 2023/24 has been used to identify students who are marked as having Portuguese for their Home Language. Of these 6 pupils in 2022/23 and 10 pupils in 2023/24 have completed SCQF exams. The attainment grades are exempt under Section 38(1)(b) of FOISA - personal information.

3. Any personal information held on the nationality of Councillors would be exempt under Section 38(1)(b) of FOISA - personal information.
